We want you to be completely satisfied with your Semikolon home office and organization products. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or visit our returns center with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original Semikolon packaging, ensuring all stationery and storage boxes are protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
